HZS50 mobile concrete batching plant is composed by weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, pneumatic control system and etc. Rated output of this machine is 50m³/h and discharging height is 3.8m. It can mix various kinds of concrete and suitable for medium size construction sites, power stations, irrigations, highways, airfields, bridges, and medium size factories producing concrete prefabricated parts.

This machine can store 3 different aggregates. It uses loader loading. It has 2 powder silos and answering screw conveyor. Aggregates, additives, water and cement are all used electronic weighing. Adopt double shafts mixer as main machine.

The electric system is equipped with industrial computer, printer and etc. It could be controlled and managed centrally. It has the functions of displaying, information storage, automatic printing, drop automatic correction and alarm. It has two different operation mode of manually/automatically which transferred through switch. In addition , the cement silo and screw conveyor is placed an order by users.

HZS50 mobile concrete batching plant uses module design. It can be transported by containers.
